In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
4.2 We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We will try to correct any error in the order submitted by you before it is processed, but we cannot guarantee this.
5.3 Online payments are in Pounds Sterling. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

5.5 After payment of your order, you will be sent an email confirmation. It will state the items you have ordered, the total cost including VAT (where appropriate) and delivery details. If for any reason your order could not be processed we will get in touch.
5.6 We limit the sale of our Nexus and Classic ties to 1 per design per customer. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you exceed this limit.
5.7 We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
5.8 Unless specified otherwise, the purchase of our product(s) is a one-off purchase that will be deemed completed once both parties have complied with their obligations in full.
5.9 You have the right to cancel your order. Cancellation of online orders that have not been commenced can be refunded. If we started working on any of our tailored products then we will be only able to provide a partial refund to you.

7. Warranty
7.1 Our international warranty applies to all of our products. The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery and covers defects in manufacturing and materials. This does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. Cataclistum Ltd reserves the right to determine if the product is covered under the warranty program.

9.1 While we take every care to provide an accurate and high-quality service we can make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information on our website.
