About Our Services
All Cataclistum neckties are made to be worn. At times this may cause some damage to the fabric or the Nexus. If this happens to your Cataclistum tie, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to help restore your piece to its original condition. We can offer the following services for each of our products:
Repair services
We can mend your Cataclistum piece if it gets damaged or just does not work as well as it used to Our repair services include but are not limited to:
▪ Tailoring adjustments of your tie
▪ Repairs of Nexus pieces
▪ Repairs of titanium bases
▪ Repairs of any fabric parts of your tie
▪ Repairs of Cataclistum accessories
Restoration services
While we believe that with proper care your Cataclistum piece will last you a long time, at some point it might require a bit of a refreshment or a full restoration.
Our restoration services focus on restoring the aesthetics of your Cataclistum necktie and include, but are not limited to:
▪ Restoration of surface finishes or replacement of Nexus pieces
▪ Deep cleaning or replacement of titanium bases
▪ Deep cleaning or replacement of any fabric parts of your tie
Process
1. If you think your Cataclistum piece would benefit from a repair or restoration, please get in touch with us, send us a photo of your piece, and tell us how we can help.
2. We will review your request, recommend an approach, and provide you with an estimated cost of servicing your piece based on the information provided.
3. If you are satisfied with the estimated cost we will send you a secure shipping box and shipping details.
4. When the piece arrives at our studio, we will review the extent of the work required. At this point, we will provide you with the final cost of the requested service and the time needed.
5. If you are satisfied with our feedback we will start working on restoring your piece. Alternatively, we will return the piece back to you.
6. We will communicate the progress with you and notify you when the piece is ready to be shipped to you.
7. Once delivered we will ask you to review the changes and provide us with feedback. If any issues are found we will work with you to rectify those.
